Busy day at Renton Farmers Market

Hello everyone! Today I attended the Renton Farmers Market and let me tell you the journey was definitely worth it.

After traveling by bus for over an hour and a half I arrived at the market and started to get set up at the very front of the market. As I was setting up my table two men approached me offering me a free Bible and I assured them I had one and offered them a Monitor and they accepted! Seconds after this as I was still setting up a man was walking around selling bracelets and offered one to me but did not take a Monitor right away. Later in the day he came back to get a Monitor!

After I was set up a man walked right up, I offered him a sample copy and he didn’t even question it and accepted it. After this another man came up wearing a fancy suit and took a copy as well. A little later a woman approached me asking about what The Monitor was so I explained and she took two different copies and said she was really excited because she likes to read on the bus and this will be her reading material for the next couple days. She also said she will look online for the free gift subscription!

Later on another lady approached and was eager about the free sample copies and took one and also said she was going to look into receiving a gift subscription. Another two women approached as soon as the precious one left and didn't ask any questions but both grabbed a sample copy! I love when people approach and are so open to receiving a free sample copy!

A little later a college age boy approached and took a sample copy, it is nice to see people my age be interested in this form of news.

Two men approached me and both took a sample copy and were excited to learn about The Monitor. Later in the day two middle school boys came up and both took one sample copy! As the day progressed there were more and more people. There were lots of families and single individuals attending the market.

In total I gave out 13 sample copies and possibly received two gift subscriptions! It was a great day in Renton and I cannot wait to attend this market again!
